Production ODR Hull # 82; sails & materials restricted..Water ballast 561 lbs= -6 2011-Alum. Boom replaced with carbon fiber boom=No Change in rtg.2014:Code 0 tacked to deck - noted. 2015: noted that sailor felt penalty for ballast was excessive- told him we were using our standard calculations in determination.
