2008 - Add asym. Spinnaker..tacked 1.5 ft beyond headstay= -5 ; also raised 'ISP' to 40.5 = -4 New Base on Appeal 10/25/10 is 87 vs. 105. 2012: Outboard engine added penalty for no power removed; removed Sym. spinnaker ; A
2018-Asym credit per table 3A, +1 (vice +9 of previous policy) -5 (for 1.5' forward) = +4. ISP = -4 so total Asym adj. = +1 -5 -4 = -8. The asym distance forward penalty was applied incorrectly in previous years which is why the rating changes. Revision 1: Asym tacked to forestay doe -5 distance forward deleted. Total Asym Adj = +1 -4 (ISP) = -3
